“Little guy,” he called out to him.
Joey didn’t respond.
“Tsk.
I wanted to tell you that we aren’t far from the Moon-Like
Road.
You mentioned you wanted to go there so I can take you for a ride, but now you’re not in the mood anymore so let’s forget it,”

When Joey heard the Moon-like Road, his ear visibly moved but he tried his best not to move or turn around.
Seeing that he was being stubborn, Carson leaned back and pretended to feel disappointed.
“I guess we have to head back to Sue Garden now.” He then glanced at Joey with only one eye and grinned, then he told the driver, “Take us to Sue Garden.”
Joey was reluctant to turn around and bit his lip, wondering if
Carson was only testing him.
“Okay.” The driver started the car slowly.
Joey’s eyes narrowed.
After thinking for a while, he remembered what
Carson and Lukas had said this morning, as well as the scenawhere Victor had shielded him by keeping him under his body.
“I want to go.” Joey raised the white flag and turned to Carson.
“What? What did you say?” Carson leaned closer, his hand at the back of his earlobe.
There was a small huff.
Joey glared at Carson for a moment, but then relaxed his brows and added, “I want to go to the Moon-like Road.”
“Oh, so you do want to go.” Carson drawled on purpose.
Joey was pretty annoyed by this, and he squinted his eyes.

The driver then exited the vehicle as soon as it cto a stop, leaving the two of them alone.
When the driver had gotten out of the car, Joey’s eyes widened and instantly realized something.
Carson had set up another trap for him again.
Before Joey could think about what Carson was planning to do, Carson said, “It’s fine if you want to go to the Moon-like Road, and you can also make other requests.
But I have to ask you a few questions, and if your answers satisfy me, I’ll take you there.”
As soon as he heard this, Joey gripped the door handle in an instant and tried to open it.
But the doors were already unlocked.
