I didn’t know if id even heard him right, had he said a van? As in a smuggling van?
“A van, your grace... we're getting you out” | looked at Adrian as if he had three heads or something. Was |
waisting time, definitely but | wasn’t completely comprehending his words
“Gettingout? To where?” Adrian grabbed my arm gently and pulledon to my feet without any effort
whatsoever, he looked atslightly shocked at how little | weighed then widened his eyes at the hand and feet
cuffs | was wearing

couldn't believe the words coming off of his lips. When did he start seeing the king for who he was? Why did he
see what my life had turned into before my best friend did? | couldn't believe he sawas a leader, | mean this
