“You completely ungrateful bitch. The king was furious as he draggedup every flight of stairs until he got to

complete compliance. “Til deal with you in a minute.” The king spoke tobefore turning back to Lewis. My
entire body crumpled to the ground as soon as his hand left my neck, | knelt gasping while blood still poured
down my face.
“Josh... don’t do...” in the blink of an eye the king was in front of Lewis, his fist cup and struck the beta right
in the cheek which caused an audible grunt to leave his mouth. | forced my limbs to try and move, and found
myself beginning to stand up much to my surprise.

Lewis had no choice but to comply due to the alpha command, and so | watched helplessly as his body went

comment the king turned to me, not a single emotion rested on his face as he stalked my upright form.
