Caroline stood there, not daring to move.
Seeing Raymond cout, Frank hurriedly walked over to him, "Mr. Shaw." Glancing at Frank, something cto Raymond's mind, "Tell Caroline that if she wantsto let her go, then she'd better be smart and get Devin out of the city." Frank nodded, "Okay, I'll let her know." Raymond certainly had a way to get rid of Devin, but Devin was obviously a reckless guy who didn't care about anything. If Devin himself didn't want to leave the city, even the Roach family couldn't do anything about him.
If Raymond was to get Devin out of the city, it would take him quite a while.
But now Scarlett was pregnant, so Raymond didn't want to see the annoying man in Juanton City again.

It had started an early autumn rain last night, and the rain hadn't stopped yet.
Raymond parked his car outside the market. Then he held a black umbrella and walked into the market to buy the pineapple.
He had promised Scarlett he would go back hand cook lunch for her.
Raymond appeared at the market in a neat suit and tidy tie, his black leather shoes shiny, and it looked so odd.
From Raymond's overbearing air and his fancy suit, the vendors in the market all bet he was a generous rich man. They all greeted him with utmost enthusiasm, but no one dared to approach him.
This was Raymond's first tat the market. Usually, it had always been Frank who asked someone to do the shopping. Today Scarlett wanted to have chicken stewed with pineapple, but there was no pineapple at home, so Raymond cto the market for it.
It was not the season for pineapples, and there were only imported tiny pineapples, so Raymond bought a few.
There was a flower store next to the fruit stand. As it was raining, the flowers were not displayed outside as usual. But Raymond caught a glimpse of the scarlet roses inside the store.
Instantly he remembered that he hadn't brought roses for Scarlett in a long time.

When Raymond returned to the villa, it was around eleven o'clock, and Scarlett was practicing yoga.
As soon as Raymond entered the villa, Hilla alerted Scarlett of his coming.
Seeing Raymond walking up the stairs with a large bunch of red roses, Scarlett couldn't help but chuckle, "Were you going to the meeting or going to buy the roses?" Raymond set the flowers aside, walked up to her, and took her in his arms. Then he leaned in and kissed her on the lips. "It’s been a long tsince I've brought you roses." Scarlett was so happy. She stood up from the yoga mat, took Raymond's hand, and walked to pick up the roses.
She lowered her head and smelled the roses. "It smells good." "Do you like it?" "es." There was no woman in the world who would not be pleased by roses unless she was allergic to pollen.
Scarlett caught a glimpse of the little pineapples. She was confused, "Did you go to the grocery market?" "Yeah." The bag containing the pineapples had no label, and Scarlett could tell it was from the market.
Scarlett was a little surprised, "I think you never go to the market because you are always concerned about the cleanness of the market." "It's okay." Raymond responded. Then he lifted his hand and stroked her hair. "I'll go cook lunch." "Thank you." Scarlett smiled as she watched Raymond walk to the kitchen. Then she went to the storage room and fetched a vase to keep the roses Raymond had bought her.
The roses were so lovely. She had to treat them with tenderness and care, thus was fair to Raymond's affection.
