Scarlett had just come out of the shower when she saw the champagne roses inside the vase.
Two days passed, but the roses were still very nice.
If she hadn't met Raymond at noon today, she wouldn't have known that the flowers were from him. |n that case, Scarlett could smile and enjoy them for a while.
But she knew about it. Now seeing the roses, she felt a little sick.
She wanted to throw them away. However, since she had stayed with them for two days, she would think that it was a waste to do that.
But if she didn't throw them away, she would feel uncomfortable every time she saw them.

‘Forget it. When the maid comes to clean up tomorrow, | will let her throw them away." Scarlett looked away and didn't want to think about it anymore.
Time passed quickly. It would be Easter half a month later.
Next Wednesday was the annual meeting. Scarlett wouldn't attend it in the previous years, but this year she had to do that.
After all, others thought that she was free after the divorce.
Scarlett looked through the schedule Katherine had sent her. She was indeed quite free.
She turned off her phone and went to sleep.
It was late at night.
A black Maybach stopped in front of the villa slowly. The villa's garden was lit with an energy-saving lamp.
Raymond could vaguely see the locked door inside.
Alexander's words this evening had sobered him up. Scarlett really hated him now.
She should have loved him once, but just as she said, happened in the past.
From the day of their divorce, she had regarded him as a stranger.
He had been unwilling to accept it for the past six months or so. But tonight he had to accept it.

Raymond rolled down the car window, lowered his head, and lit a cigarette. Seeing the villa in front of him, he smoked slowly.
‘Alexander was right. | deserve it.' Scarlett had a good sleep. The next day she woke up with the alarm clock.
She had to attend a meeting at nine today. After breakfast, she drove to Mornet Corporation.
Unlike usual days, Tomas was just about to go out when he saw Alexander's car drive in.
Alexander came to the Jones family mansion early in the morning.
Tomas and Breanna looked at each other. Alexander parked the car in the yard and got out directly, "Auntie and uncle, | want to tell you something." Saying that, he looked at Tomas, "Uncle, | mainly want to talk to you." Tomas smiled, "It must be very important. Otherwise you won't come to my home early in the morning." Although Alexander was incompetent, he was a nobleman. If there was nothing important, of course h e wouldn't go to the Jones family mansion so early.
Alexander touched his nose, "Uncle, it doesn't seem to be the first time for me to come to your home so early."
