Scarlett stayed in the cemetery all afternoon. The wind and rain gave her a headache. After hanging up the phone, she casually ordered a takeout.
After she ate dinner, it was past eight o'clock. Scarlett went to bed.
She would have a flight at nine o'clock the next day. Scarlett woke up at seven o'clock, packed up, and checked out. She then waited at the entrance of the hotel for a cab to the airport.
When Raymond and Frank walked out of the elevator, Scarlett subconsciously stepped aside.
She was afraid to run into him. Since Raymond threw his pride, she had been no match for him.
However, Raymond saw her from afar and strode over on his long legs. "Are you going to the airport?" Scarlett gave him a look. "Are you very idle?" He was fond of intervening in her life.
Follow on NovᴇlEnglish.nᴇtRaymond looked at her calmly. "I'm also going to the airport. Do you need a ride?" "No." There were many cabs here. This was not the cemetery.
As they spoke, Scarlett waved at a cab.
The cab drove to her and stopped. Scarlett got in and closed the door quickly.
In an instant, the cab drove away from Raymond's sight.
Frank, who was waiting at the side, tentatively called Raymond.
Raymond withdrew his eyes. "Let's go." The airport was small, and they would both fly back to Juanton City, so it was not surprising that they met again.
Scarlett just didn't expect that they would be on the sflight and sit next to each other.
Her seat was booked by Katherine. Scarlett cto this city every year to visit her parents’ graves. If Raymond wanted to find out which flight she took, it would be easy for him.
Scarlett watched him take a seat beside her. Her smile faded. She began to kill tby reading a magazine.
"Didn't you sleep well last night?" Hearing his words, Scarlett glanced up at him. "So you've given up yourself, right?" He was now a real pest.
Seeing her sullen face, Raymond said seriously," Opportunities are for those who have prepared themselves." Scarlett laughed. "You're already eliminated. What's the point of you preparing yourself? | won't..." Before Scarlett could say "choose you", she saw Raymond reach out, and she subconsciously dodged.
Yet the seat restricted her movements. She could only tilt her head to avoid his hand.
Seeing this, Raymond didn't withdraw his hand. He ruffled her hair with his index finger and then took a small piece of tissue off Scarlett's face. "It was on your face." Scarlett was stunned. She didn't sleep well last night, s o she took a nap on the way to the airport. When she got out of the cab, she was a little dizzy. Before eating breakfast, she washed her face, so the tissue should be left on her face when she wiped her face.
Raymond pulled back his hand. "It's my first tchasing a woman. I'm not good at it. Please don't be annoyed." He gazed at her, his eyes gleaming.

After a while, she decided to play dumb. No matter what Raymond said and did, Scarlett closed her eyes a s if there were no one next to her.
The person beside him suddenly closed her eyes.
Raymond smiled slightly, his eyes full of tenderness. H e looked delighted.
He stared at Scarlett's quiet face, tapping his index and middle fingers on the armrest of his seat.
At first, Scarlett pretended to sleep just to get rid of Raymond, but she soon fell asleep.
The plane bumped not long after taking off. Scarlett was half asleep. Her head hit the fuselage. She felt pain, but she was too sleepy to open her eyes.
The next second, the right side of her face was covered by a warm palm. Scarlett frowned. Yet her mind was in a fog. She growled, "Raymond!"
