After all, Raymond had always wanted to get rid of Scarlett.
Hearing Scarlett's words, Raymond compressed his lips for a moment and didn't say anything.
After a few seconds, seeing that Raymond was not going to answer, Scarlett did not speak again.
Scarlett looked out the window and thought about sitting in the cafeteria two hours ago watching Linley walk to the City Hall to get a divorce.

Linley was finally out of the nightmare, and Scarlett was happy for her friend.

Scarlett opened her eyes and found Raymond looking at her. She frowned slightly. "We're home?" Then she turned her head to look out the window but found the car parked on the side of a road.
Scarlett was confused, "Why are you suddenly parked here?" "l wasn't." Scarlett didn't understand his answer.
After a few seconds, she realized he was answering her previous question.
She couldn't help but laugh, "I see.” "Were you disappointed then?" Looking at her, Raymond suddenly asked.
Scarlett curled up the corners of her lips once, "No.” Although she had resented Raymond and felt indignant, when she got her divorce papers, she was actually quite calm. If she would look back at it now, it would probably be a relief. She was relieved "| see." Raymond responded.
Suddenly, he lifted his hand to touch her cheek. "Can I kiss you, baby?" Scarlett blushed. She pointed behind Raymond, "I don't think the officer may agree with you on that one." Hearing her words, Raymond turned around and saw the traffic police knocking on the window. He let go of Scarlett as if nothing had happened. He rolled down the window, "We are leaving." Raymond said immediately before the traffic police said anything.

Fifteen minutes later, their car slowly drove into the villa.
Scarlett was upstairs changing when her phone rang.
Raymond glanced at the phone and saw Larry's name. His eyes darkened.
Finally, near the end of the ringing call, he picked up the phone, "Hello, Mr. Tank." Larry was surprised. He frowned, "Where's Scarlett?" "She's upstairs changing her clothes." "It's almost 6:00 p m. | wonder, Mr. Shaw, why are you at Scarlett's home?" Raymond replied nonchalantly, "She went to Chatbury City for something, and I just picked her up from the train station." Raymond's tone was nonchalant, as if he meant, "What's the problem? "Mr. Shaw, please tell Scarlett to callback later." At the sound of footsteps, Raymond looked up and saw Scarlett coming down the stairs. "She's coming." He then handed Scarlett the phone, "It's Larry." Taking the phone, Scarlett glanced at Raymond with a faint smile. "Thanks." "Larry?" "I have bad news for you. Grandpa has known about the rumor about Raymond." It was really bad news.
Scarlett's smile faded. "I see. Thank you, Larry." Larry didn't say anything else. He hung up the phone. Scarlett looked at Raymond with a smile, "Looks like you may not be appropriate to go to my grandfather's birthday party, Mr. Shaw."
