Around ten o'clock, all headed to the hotel.

Despite the simple wedding ceremony, the hotel was beautifully decorated, with only close relatives from both families invited.

The Blakely family arranged for two buses to pick up all the relatives attending the wedding banquet from the Nelson family.

After exchanging greetings with Marnie’s mother, Sabrina and Lena escorted Marnie into the wedding hall. Upon turning around, Sabrina spotted a familiar face. It was Kira.

Elegantly attired, Kira was walking in slowly.

Sabrina glanced at Lena and remarked, “The bride's cousin hasn't arrived yet. | will go to the door and welcher.” Sabrina wasn’t keen on greeting Kira.

“Sure thing,” Lena replied with a nod.

As Sabrina approached her, Kira raised her chin haughtily and inquired, “What brings you here...” But before Kira could finish, Sabrina walked past her without acknowledgment.

Stunned, Kira clenched her fists, feeling snubbed.

Kira simmered with anger and sneered inwardly, “Sabrina knew | am Tyrone's biological mother but dared to walk pastwithout any acknowledgment! Does she believe Tyrone’s affection for her justifies her rudeness to me? Such a lowly woman! How could she deserve my beloved son? Just wait and see, Sabrina! | got a huge surprise for you! Someone else will stand by Tyrone’s side soon!” Just then, Lena approached Kira, asking, “Kira, | didn’t expect your arrival. Since when did you cback? How was the tour?” Kira cto her senses and smoothed her hair. “I just got back yesterday. Sergio’s tying the knot. As his aunt, | couldn’t miss it, right?” “Yeah, hope to see your great gift for the couple.” When Sabrina reached the door, she spotted Shirley and Wendell entering together.

“Miss Nelson, Mr. Nelson,” Sabrina greeted them. Glancing at Wendell, she smiled. “Mr. Nelson, you're looking well. How are you feeling now?” Having seen Sabrina once before in the hospital, Wendell smiled and replied, “I'm much better now.” “Miss Chavez? What brings you here?” Shirley asked curiously.

With a raised eyebrow, Sabrina said, “Haven't you heard? Your cousin and my cousin are tying the knot. You and your dad weren't getting off the bus we arranged, so | thought I'd cover to say hello.” Shirley was surprised but smiled as she said, “It’s such a coincidence that your cousin is Marine's boyfriend.” Shirley hadn’t seen Marnie in a long time, nor had she returned home.

She had only heard about Marnie’s marriage from her father.

After a long day at work, Wendell had shared news of Marnie’s engagement to a wealthy and attractive man, who had visited while Shirley was at work. Jamal asked Wendell to bring Shirley to the wedding.

Shirley hadn't been curious about Marnie’s fiancé, nor had she asked about it. She hadn't realized until now that the groom was Sabrina’s cousin.
