Spoiled by Eight Uncles (Lily)

In Lilly's spiritual consciousness, a dense mass of creatures appeared.

It was unclear whether these creatures were insects or beasts, but they resembled extraterrestrial beings with their enormous bodies.

She quickly summoned her small ghost beast.

"What are these creatures? Do you recognize them?" Lilly whispered.

The small ghost beast was also confused. After a brief trip in and out of the jar of souls, it had unexpectedly arrived in the Nether.

"Squeak.” Lilly quickly understood what was happening.

These were Moon Hugger crickets. They looked like extraterrestrial versions of mole crickets and could grow to the size of a young bull when they reached adulthood.

Their senses were very dull, and they were blind as their eyes were non-existent.

However, whenever the moon came out, they would be attracted to it and crawl out of the ground in swarms.

Lilly's temples throbbed as she instinctively looked up at the sky. She could not see the moon anywhere.

Why were they suddenly gathering in groups and surrounding her? Was there a moon on her? Lilly was puzzled, but she had no choice but to find a way out first.

Just as she was about to say something, everything happened in an instant. The black figure and these clingy bugs all rushed toward her! Fortunately, Lilly realized she could use The Order in this world.

"Stay! (a spell using the pen of judgment)” As Lilly's voice fell, time froze. She immediately teleported away, using the spatial aspect of The Order to escape from the center of the encirclement.

Since she did not understand the Nether, she did not dare to teleport randomly. Moreover, her current strength was limited, and using The Order of time and space was more difficult than using her spiritual consciousness. She could not continuously teleport and freeze time.

Two seconds later, the time aspect of The Order lost its effect, and Lilly appeared on the other side of the swarm, stepping on the head of one of the crickets.

Thankfully, the bug was eaten by the small ghost beast, who swallowed it whole with a roar.

Lilly quickly froze time again and teleported away. Thus, her escape continued in slow and cautious bursts.

"The Nether is terrifying!" Lilly anxiously muttered to herself.

The small ghost beast agreed.

What Lilly found terrifying was not the bugs but the fact that the Order of the Heavens and the Underworld were different here.

If the underworld was considered the "Human Realm," then the Nether was like a deeper and larger version of "the Underworld." Everything was different from what she had imagined. She thought that the deeper she went, the smaller the place would be. It would be a miniature world, and it would definitely not be bigger than the Underworld.

She had not imagined it was to be the complete opposite.

Lilly escaped from the encirclement of the crickets and quickly took a few moments to catch her breath, but the black figure soon came rushing toward her again.

She was confused.

No way! How could the other party be so fast? She had stopped time and even teleported. How could the other party still catch up with her in the time it took for her to catch her breath? Not only that, but all those crickets had also turned around and surrounded her again.

It felt like she was the moon, shining so brightly that no matter where she went, she would be discovered.

The jar of souls was shaking.

Speedy came out as well.

"It's impossible. You are not a person of the Nether. To them, you are indeed like the moon!" ‘This must be the crickets’ nest. Let's leave quickly." Lilly was shocked. Even though she had teleported far away, she was still in the crickets’ nest.

"l understand. It's like when a living soul arrives at the Underworld and walks around while shining as bright as Cloud, right?" Speedy and the small ghost beast nodded at the same time.

Lilly suddenly felt a sense of powerlessness. The nest was too big. Who knew how long it would take for her to get out if she continued with her cautious teleports? There were so many crickets before her eyes that they were piled up together in layers and mounds.

If it were not for her spiritual consciousness that allowed her to "see" what was happening, she would not even know how she died.

Even more dangerous was the figure that could come and go freely in the crickets’ nest. In just two encounters, Lilly was already bleeding on her face, arms, and body.

Those crickets were swarming toward her like crazy.

Lilly gritted her teeth. Although she did not know what was outside the vast Nether, she decided to leave first before she thought about it.

Time stopped again.

This time, she twisted the space with The Order to the maximum extent she could, teleporting thousands of miles away.

Before she could steady herself, she heard a roar that tore through the skies, and a huge force sent her flying.

Bang! Lilly crashed into a massive skeleton. The pointed bones punched into her and shifted her organs around. She could not help but groan.

Fortunately, the skeleton was enormous. Otherwise, she would have been pierced through by the bones.

Lilly could not resist anything. The enormous shadowy being had already rushed over. With all the strength available to her, she used the order of time to stop time.

In those two seconds, she ran while anxiously turning her head to take a glance at her attacker. Finally, she could clearly see that it was a gigantic black dragon.

Before this, Lilly would never have believed that dragons really existed in this world.

She had gone from a den of danger to a dragon's lair.

This situation was worse.

More than that, after several consecutive uses of the order of time and space, she was now completely exhausted while the purple spirit energy in her elixir field was completely depleted.

She had only just arrived in the Nether!
