Lilly and Ivan finally understood the reason behind the hindrance in merging her elixir field and golden substance after their brainstorming session.

She had always cultivated following her self-created Order. While in the Nether, she generated spirit energy from the Nether for her elixir field and golden substance. Therefore, it wasn’t a matter of something missing, but rather the presence of something that didn’t belong.

After consuming the demonic beasts, she stored their spirit energy in her elixir field and golden substance. Although she shouldn't have had any issues using the spirit energy from the demonic beasts, the fact that they had resided in the Nether for so long meant that the nature of the Nether remained within them even after their conversion into spirit energy.

She nodded. After understanding the process, she already knew what to do.

The separation process went smoothly. Since she had created a new Order on her own, it was easy to distinguish it from the other Orders.

Soon, thin wisps of the Order emitted from the fragments of her elixir field and golden substance. They were slightly darker, but she could tell the difference.

Separating the Orders was an easy task, but the challenge was to drain these Orders out of her body.

Lilly was a powerful cultivator, so the Orders clung to her. When her golden substance functioned, it would absorb spirit energy on its own, inadvertently drawing the Orders back into her body.

The golden substance spun faster and faster until it transformed into a purple sphere.

Now that it was no longer the golden substance, the purple sphere symbolized even greater power. She witnessed the moment the purple sphere was formed. At this point, she had created a whole new path.

She no longer needed to depend on the Manifestation of God's will, which was an older Order, or any other Order. She was her own person.

Her eyes fluttered half-closed, twinkling as though the stars lay within them. But soon, she closed her eyes, allowing the new experience to wash over her once again.

Ivan thought the process was ending as he felt her withdrawing her spirit consciousness.

Breathing a sigh of relief, he began to conclude the process on his side, only to find her extending her spirit consciousness towards him.

At first, he was puzzled. Before long, he understood her intentions.

She wants to take advantage of the situation and reform my elixir field and golden substance as well, he realized.

Unlike her, he had been exploring the cultivation method on his own all these years, following the Manifestation of God's will.

Although he had experienced the new Order she created before, he hadn't been able to change his cultivation method. So, it wasn't certain that he could achieve the same success as she did earlier.

While Lilly removed the older Orders from her body, she was certain that a large part of her Order would remain.

He wondered how much of his Order would remain to support him when it was his turn to detach himself from the older Order.
